Terrible customer service

It’s been weeks with no response to my emails from pressure city. Their phones send you to voicemail and recommend email for a quick response.

Kinda ok

Reel spool is stainless but the handle looks like it’s painted raw steel. Frame is hard plastic - hopefully doesn’t break..

Thank you for the feedback Mathew! So far we have had great luck with these and never heard of the reinforced poly frame breaking or any other issues with it but keep us informed, if there is an issue Steel Eagle stands behind their products 100% and they are an awesome company to work with.

Nice reel but problems

Ordered 3 reels. Really nice reels but issue with one that elbow is not welded all the way around and it leaks.
