SHIPPING POLICY

It is our goal to ship items within 24 hours of the time orders are placed. Weekends, holidays, and peak season may affect this and shipping times are not in any way guaranteed. Shipping times listed in the checkout calculator are an estimate based on business days provided by the selected carrier, if your order is made after 9AM you should add 1 day to the estimates. Pressure City completes shipping Monday-Friday 9AM CST to 4PM CST.

Free shipping policy: Orders over $250 may qualify for free shipping in the continental US. Some items may be exempt from free shipping. Pressure City reserves the right to update, change, cancel or decline this offer at any time. Items that ship freight will be delivered to the nearest freight terminal for pick up. Residential delivery and lift gate service are available at an additional fee. Free shipping may add a few days to the transit time as this is usually the least expensive option available. With free ground shipping you can expect your delivery in 4-8 business days most generally. No worries though, there are other paid options available at checkout if you need next day air, or other faster shipping options. Due to a new vendor policy; shipping to Louisiana, California, Colorado, Alabama, and Alaska will be delayed and more expensive than other locations. You will receive shipping confirmation after your items ships but this tracking may be slightly delayed compared to our

Shipping changes: At our discretion, we may use other shipping methods than listed to get items to you faster. If shipping costs exceed payment received we reserve the right to change method or carrier to decrease these costs. We also reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect shipping charges.

Large item shipping: Pressure washers. surface cleaners, hose reels and other large items usually ship within 3-8 business days. Due to new vendor policy; shipping to Louisiana, California, Colorado, Alabama, and Alaska will be delayed and more expensive than other locations. You will receive shipping confirmation after your items ships.

Custom made or built to order items: Custom made items have build time and do not fit into this standard shipping policy. Pressure washers and other large items ship freight and do not fit into standard shipping times. Please contact us with any questions.

Items that ship directly from the manufacturer: Certain items ship directly from the manufacturer. These items may take a few additional days to deliver due to this. We try to keep every item up to date with availability but you can always contact us via web chat or email to confirm availability or shipping times. Due to this arrangement we may not have instant updates on these orders as we must reach out to another company. We will do our best to get any requested information within 24 hours. Certain items cannot ship to California from the manufacturer including most gas powered engines. Please contact us for substitutions on engines or items we ship from here. Cancellations due to failure to read regulations regarding your state will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. We cannot control the shipping regulations of your state and cannot violate the law by illegally shipping you an item. 

Minimum order: Pressure City has a $30USD minimum order. This minimum order is not strictly enforced and your order will not be prevented from being made below the minimum but you will see a "$30 minimum order" item in the shipping options alerting you to the fact that you have not reached the minimum. Orders below the minimum may be delayed 1-5 days if items are not in stock.

International Shipping: We're happy to offer multiple options for international shipping. We package our items securely and safely so they arrive to you in good condition after long travel periods. International shipping rates listed only include transportation rates and do not include any customs fees, duty fees, or taxes as those are assessed on a case by case basis using the items value and type by the import customs country. These fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the buyer. 

Damages or lost packages: Once an item has left our facility we are no longer responsible for it. We recommend selecting a shipping option that includes insurance. For your convenience Route package protection will be available on your order which covers lost, damaged, or missing packages. If a buyer declines protection at checkout and does not select a shipping method with insurance this package will be sent as selected with no insurance or coverage for lost or damaged packages. USPS First Class Mail DOES NOT include insurance in it's price. If a package is lost or damaged and the buyer did not select a shipping option with insurance Pressure City cannot be held responsible and the buyer must contact the carrier directly. Most other shipping methods include $100 of insurance coverage. We strongly encourage selecting Route package protection as this protects your entire order value vs a set limit by the carrier.
