Just what I needed

I wanted to return some of the nozzles because they weren’t the same as the picture shown and the website says to email to get a return authorization number when I sent an email saying I wanted to return it I got a vague email just saying to click on the return button on the bottom of the web site. I replied back to the email saying the return portion of the website says to send an email to get a return authorization number and now I have not gotten a reply back I will not be ordering from here again

Giving this 2 stars due to the length of time in receiving my order. Product ordererd on 2/23/25 and didn’t receive them until 3/17/25. Even had to reach out to them to find out where my order was. When received, found out the 1 item is on back order and have heard nothing about it since.

Never received the product after delays

The shipping time was terrible! At the time of order, you verified that they were in stock and would be shipped that day. I paid $18 for 2 day shipping and received the order weeks later. I will keep the nozzles, but please return my shipping fee.
