Horrible

Took us 2 months to get our item. Getting a reponse was very slow at first. Even after an expedited shipping it still took another two weeks to receive the product after it was reshipped. Was given a $250 instore credit, but we had to buy another $5000 pressure washer since this one didn’t arrive in time. So we were out double our money.
