Worst customer service ever

I never write bad reviews but this company (Pressure City) has been horrible to work with. I ordered a hose in November and it's 5 months later with still no information on anything no tracking, no nothing. Now they have stopped responding to my emails and voicemails, and I was charged upon ordering so I am out over $200 on an item that was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son. I am considering filing a formal complaint against this company with the Better Business Bureau.
