Q. I'm not seeing the item I want, do you have it?
A. More than likely yes! We have over 500,000 items either in stock or available in just a couple of days from all of the top brands in the industry. Not seeing your item? Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we are happy to get you a price! This means if you need it we probably can get it to you. We try to list the most popular sellers to keep the clutter down on the site and improve navigation.
Q. I am interested in equipment but I don't have the money yet, what can I do?
A. We know how business is, sometimes having all the cash needed at once is tough so we have multiple options available! ClickLease LLC and ShopPay offer financing to our customers at reasonable rates, as low as 0% with no additional fees and you can apply without hurting your credit score! This allows you to spread your payments out, we are paid for your items, and you have a small monthly payment to cover. We also offer in house "layaway". Layaway allows you to make payments to us, interest free, until the item is fully paid. At that time the order will be entered into the system as paid and your items will start shipping. Q. How will I know when my item ships?
A. Don't worry, as soon as your item ships tracking is automatically sent to you. The vast majority of orders ship within 1 business day. Q. How long does delivery take and what does shipping cost?
A. Rates have increased dramatically over the last 18 months. To share some of this burden we are offering free shipping on orders over $250. This allows us to keep smaller ticket items affordable but helps you cover the most expensive shipping rates. The average cost to ship orders below $250 is $11. This is far below the industry average! Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier at checkout but if your item is time sensitive make sure you pick a guaranteed shipping service (UPS next day air, UPS 2 day air, etc) as USPS deliveries have no delivery time guarantee, only an estimate.
Q. Are there any lead times?
A. Yes, certain pressure washers, custom products, and handmade products all have a lead time. This lead time will be shown in the item description and updated as more information is provided.
Most other items ship within the standard handling time of 0-3 days.
Q. Are there any discount codes?
A. Yes, we run sales and different discount codes each month. Sign up for our email list to make sure you keep up to date on sales and other promotions to save yourself the most money! Just scroll to the bottom of this page and enter your email!
Q. If I make a second order right after the first can they be combined?
A. Most generally, yes these orders could be combined. If we see multiple orders from the same customer it is our policy to try to combine them. If possible we then refund the difference to your original payment method.
