Return Policy


Returns: Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your item is not functioning properly please refer to the warranty information for your specific product or contact us for troubleshooting help.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to size, weight, or other restrictions:

  • Pressure washers
  • Hot water generators
  • Items which have had fuel put in them
  • Products which are damaged or in need of warranty replacement
  • Items which ship freight
  • Custom items
  • Sale, discontinued, or clearance items
  • Hazardous materials

How to process a return: 

  1. Email us at to request a return authorization.
  2. If the item is returnable, we will provide an RMA number that you should affix to the outside of your box and to the copy of your invoice you are including with your return.
  3. Once we receive your item it will be checked in to our system, inspected, and if the item is in new and unused condition with no damage to packaging, accessories, or other items included a refund will be issued of the full purchase price minus original shipping charges and restocking fees.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom made products including Infusers, Gator soft wash systems, metering boxes, and other made to order items
  • Items that have been used
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse or abuse

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may granted (if applicable)

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that have been opened or used.
  • Other items that are returned outside of return policy guidelines

Pressure City is not responsible for part fitment, usability for your specific purpose, or attachment compatibility unless you contact us to confirm that the item in question will in fact work with your equipment.

Restocking Fees:

 Pressure City reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% on all returns. Pressure City will waive the restocking fee, at our discretion, for new, unused items which are normally stocked if all packaging and retail materials are present. Items which are not standard stock but returned in new, unused shape, and including all accessories will be charged a standard restocking fee of 20%. Items returned used, damaged, missing parts or accessories, or otherwise materially different from when shipped will be charged a variable restocking fee based on the value of the item returned and the parts needed to make it useable or sellable again. You will be contacted after our return inspection to be made aware of any restocking fee. If you choose to, we will return the item to you at your cost. If we contact you and do not hear back after 7 business days, we will issue the appropriate restocking fee based on item condition and issue your refund to the original payment method used. 

Refunds (if applicable): 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus a restocking fee of 20%, within 10 business days of the original amount of the product(s) purchased. Shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs back to the Pressure City warehouse unless the return was due to a mistake by us, at that point we are happy to provide a return label. We are also happy to provide you a discounted return shipping label which can be deducted from the amount of your refund if you choose.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time of 5-8 business days before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable): 

Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

Exchanges (if applicable): 

We are only able to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If a mistake was made by Pressure City causing the return we will cover shipping costs to rectify these issues.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
