I purchased a Hudson float valve kit. Delivery time was late and was sent the wrong part. I am giving this a 5 star because. The moment they realized it will not be on time they reached out to let me know. And when I received the kit I reached out about receiving a wrong part they immediately sent me the correct part. Over all I was never left in the dark with my purchase. Things happen and orders get messed up but it's how you can recover from it and make it right. This is the reason for my 5 star Thanks Pressure city

Not sure that extra cost is needed if your item isn’t expensive. If shipped by USPS I thought you already had coverage up to a certain amount.
