I purchased a Hudson float valve kit. Delivery time was late and was sent the wrong part. I am giving this a 5 star because. The moment they realized it will not be on time they reached out to let me know. And when I received the kit I reached out about receiving a wrong part they immediately sent me the correct part. Over all I was never left in the dark with my purchase. Things happen and orders get messed up but it's how you can recover from it and make it right.
