The GATOR 12V softwash system

I love the system but the service was the worse I have ever had.

I placed the order and online said it would ship in 5 to 7 business days. After not receiving system as advertised I called and was told that it would ship in 3 different boxes but may take a week or more to all ship out as UPS doesn’t pick up more than 3 boxes a day from them. Soon as I got off the phone the portal automatically said tags were run and waiting to be picked up. Hose came in pretty fast but after a couple more weeks I called about the pump, after finally asking to talk to a manager (who was a incredible help in finally getting it shipped) he told me he would cancel the order and submit another. He also said he would make sure UPS picked it up the next day and should deliver the following Tuesday. Amazedly he was correct and very efficient. Box came in damaged so I am still waiting to see if they got the approval for the insurance to cover the damaged pump. Now I am just waiting on hose reel. After several calls they finally managed to get it delivered to me a week later now. Overall I will love the system but their customer service is the worse ever. Customers should not be having to constantly chase them down to get what they paid for. Will never buy anything from here unless I have at least 3 months to wait for it and time to stay on the phone bugging them to get me my order.

This is an awesome system. Would it be a discount price if I get this system without the box since I have a van. I think a metal frame to hold the hose reel, maybe good enough.
